- All reservations require a $55 non-refundable deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS
- All monthly reservations require a $150.00 deposit / 60 days or more notice = 75.00 refund / 59 – 30 day notice = 50.00 refund / 29 days or less notice = no refund of deposit
- Assigned sites are subject to change without notice
- Two vehicles per site, including golf carts. Boats are not allowed to be parked at Surfside RV. Parking permits are required to be displayed.
- Cancellations the day of arrival and no-shows are charged the entire scheduled reservation
- NO REFUNDS for early departures
- We do NOT allow RV’s to face each other door to door due to the sewer hose having to go under the RV, which leads to sewer spillage
- Yard carpets and sidewalk chalk are not allowed.
- Management reserves the right to limit stay and number of persons per night. Maximum 6 persons per night per site! If a guest should be asked to leave early due to disturbing the peace, a refund will not be given
- If arriving after hours, your required to make prior arrangements for payment
- All rates include one RV and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles or golf carts are $5.00 additional per day, $30.00 per week, $50.00 per month.
- 2 guests are included in the base rate, additonal guests 4 years old and above are $5.00 additional per day, $30.00 per week, and $50.00 per month.
- Payment is expected upon check in, and may be paid on-line, by phone, or in person.
- Guests must accept terms and conditions to have a valid registration and to check into the park. Guests will be reminded to complete this procedure as necessary.
- Rates are based on 1 to 2 persons per site. For each additional person 4 years of age or older, there will be an additional $5.00 charge per night, $30.00 per week and $50.00 per month.
- Check in / out is at 12:00 pm
- Fee for each or part of an hour is $10.00 for early check-in and late arrivals up until 3 pm. Prior arrangements are required.
- .At 3:00 pm you will be charged for an additional night/day. (This must be prepaid.)
- We ask all guests to please arrive no later than 10 pm. We understand that things happen, please be mindful of other guests when arriving late.
